The spacious bathroom has a modern shower, corner bath and toilet and there is a separate guest toilet. The rooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture. Good quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, oven and glass top hob with extractor fan, washing machine, and fridge/freezer.
In winter, underfloor heating is available.
The apartment is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, safe and hair dryer.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 100m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The apartment is not serviced.
