The lounge opens onto a private garden, with outdoor furniture and a braai, and is sheltered from the south east wind when it blows.

There is a swimming pool in the complex. There are braai facilities at the house and at the swimming pool.

The house is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 500m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
